Warranty Policy
We fully stand behind our work, so we offer our standard 2-years warranty on our jewelry. Below is our current warranty information. Our warranty is subject to change without notice and the warranty that applies to your repair order can be found printed on your invoice copy.

About Our Warranty
- The Company warrants that for a period of 2 years from the delivery of the Product “Warranty Period”, the Product shall be free from any material defects and shall adhere to specification as stated in Warranty Policy. In the event if there is any breach of Product Warranty, (a) Company shall repair the defective portion; or (b) in the event if Company is unable to repair the defective portion, replace the Product; or (c) in the event if the Company is unable to repair/replace the product, Company shall provide with refund of the total value of the Product. User agrees and acknowledges that the remedies stated herein shall be the sole and exclusive remedy available to the User, in the event of breach of Product Warranty by Company. However, Company shall not be liable for such remedies in the event if the breach of Product Warranty arose due to the acts/omissions/negligence of the User.
- The Product Warranty is valid only in the jurisdictions where the Products are sold by us and is valid to the extent permitted by the applicable laws of such jurisdictions. Any replacement Product will be warranted for the remainder of the original Warranty Period or for any additional period of time that may be required by applicable law.
- The Product Warranty stated herein shall not apply for the following:
- Any other products that are, or that Company reasonably believes to be, stolen, counterfeit, or purchased from an unauthorized distributor or reseller; or
- Damages due to customer neglect.
- Company does not warrant that the operation of the Product will be uninterrupted or error-free; or
- If you are a Commercial Buyer, Product used in connection with a violation of the Terms of Service or the Commercial Program, such as, for example, by not obtaining and paying for a Commercial Subscription
