We offer free standard shipping on all orders. Packages will be shipped via DHL unless another shipping method is selected.

While the orders of non-personalized products are processed within 24-hours, that of personalized products need 3-7 business for production.
Expedited shipments placed Monday – Sunday prior to 2 pm (PST) will ship the same day. Orders placed after 2 pm (PST) will ship the following day.
While most orders are processed within 24-hours, orders may take 1-3 business days to process prior to shipment.
Returns and Refunds
Your 100% satisfaction is important for us.
For non-personalized products:
- If a product gets damaged or was faulty upon delivery - we offer a 100% refund.
- Timing: we have a 30-days Return & Exchange Policy since the day item was received.
- To be eligible for a return, goods must be unopened, unused, undamaged and accompanied by proof of purchase.
- For returns, please email sales@ellieli.com with the subject 'Returns' and include your order number, name and the reason for the return.
- Seller will provide the customer with instructions where to send returned goods. Customers are strongly recommended to get proof of postage when returning goods to avoid "lost packages" situations.
- Please note that customers are responsible for shipping costs of returned items.
- When returned item is received and inspected, customer receives a confirmation email, notifying about the status of the refund.
- If the refund is approved, then it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to customer's original payment method shortly after.
For personalized products:
- Any correction to or cancellation of your order must be requested within 24 hours of purchase in order to not incur any additional charge or cancellation fee.
- After 24 hours, any corrections will require an additional 15% fee before the work is completed and any cancellation will result in a 15% fee withheld from your final refund

You can select your preferred payment method at checkout.

We offer PayPal. Simply select "Checkout With PayPal" at checkout. You do not have to be a member with PayPal to use this option.

How do I track my package?
- You can track your parcel via the Confirmation Email. Also, you can click the “Track my Order” link on our website.
- Only unshipped orders may be canceled. Cancellation may be done either through email or by telephone. Refund will be issued accordingly if the card is charged.
- Solutions: Try using different PayPal as your checkout method, Or contact PAYPAL customer service.
- If your address is not available, we will send you an email or call you. Please be sure to check your email within 24 hours of placing your order. We will do everything we can to fufill your order.
